The Dining Room

Overlooking the pool, The Dining Room invites you to start the day with a hearty breakfast of both Western and local specialities, as well as a selection of freshly squeezed fruit juices. As day gives way to evening, the restaurant takes on an air of sophistication, filled with irresistible aromas. Sit down to a sumptuous buffet spread or a set menu (both will not be served concurrently) that combines the heady spices of Mauritius with international recipes to produce a fusion of enticing flavours.
